Foliage will gain tones of orange, red, and purple in Autumn. In late Summer silky pink panicles emerge and age to silvery white. Feathery panicles may be used in flower arranging or also dried. Garden plant for flowerbed in moist but well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade. Protect from excessive Winter wet. Good in beds, borders, coastal, city or courtyard gardens. Height 240 cm, spread 150 cm.
